Why do I need to provide my date of birth?

Your date of birth is an additional piece of information we will require when you log in, which makes it more difficult for someone to access your account. By providing it here, we can store it for validation the next time you log in.

Why do I need to upgrade?

In order to provide you with an improved service, we need to capture additional security information from you. When you log in, we will take you through a short step by step process, which explains what data we need and why. This is process only has to be completed once. You will then be able to browse the benefits of the new Barclays
e-view.

Login to your Barclays e-view account

We have enhanced our Barclays e-view service, and improved the User ID and password management process. To access your account you will now need your date of birth in addition to your User ID and password.

Just complete the 3 boxes below - your date of birth will be stored for future visits, and we will take you through the upgrade process. It will take just a couple of minutes!

Remember User ID on this computer?

We recommend that you don’t choose to have your User ID remembered if you use a shared computer, or if anyone else can access your computer. In order to remember your User ID, we use ‘cookies’. These allow us to store your User ID and identify you each time you visit. If you have your browser set up to reject cookies then we will not be able to remember your User ID.
